Over six weeks, there will be 6 live workshops exploring the themes for each module, guiding you through your very own journey of self-discovery and healing.

In this foundational module, we'll delve deep into understanding trauma and its effects on your responses and behaviours. You'll learn practical strategies to establish safety and stability in your life, providing a solid foundation for your healing journey.

This module is all about exploring the depths of your emotions and embracing all parts of yourself. Through guided exercises and reflective practices, you'll foster self-compassion and acceptance, paving the way for growth.
